Terms & Conditions


“We” “Us” or “Our” refers to Parsons Auto Electrics and can include any employee or other organisation acting on its behalf.


“Customer” means an individual or company who purchases goods or services from Parsons Auto Electrics


Opening Times

Our given opening times are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday during which time a telephone enquiries service will be available. The mobile telephone number does NOT accept text messages.


We are not obliged to answer all emails or telephone calls, any abusive or threatening contact will be forwarded to the police and we do not have to provide a reason. We are unable to receive and reply to SMS text messages.


The given company address is for postal correspondence only and will not provide information or services of Parsons Auto Electrics via telephone or personal visit.


On Occasions, Parsons Auto Electrics will forward parts and devices via Royal Mail or courier to other companies for testing etc and accepts no responsibility if the return of parts/devices are delayed.

Call Outs and Appointments

A non-refundable booking deposit of £30.00 will be charged to the customer for a call out via a debit or credit card (credit card charges will apply). When a call out takes place, a minimum balance of £45.00 will be charged, any further costs will be discussed with the customer. 


All booking deposits will be valid for a 30 day period where bookings are cancelled and not re-booked•


Parsons Auto Electrics are unable to give a specific time of appointment/call out but aim to attend as near to the given time as possible. There may be instances where appointments will be cancelled by us and in which case, we will endeavour to inform the customer of the cancellation and make alternate arrangements for another appointment, we do not need to give a reason for the cancellation.

Where the customer does not comply with the agreed appointment/call out or cancels an appointment giving less than 24 hours notice, the minimum call out fee of £75.00 (includes £30.00 booking deposit) will still be charged.


Correspondence relating to call outs and appointments, including cancellations will only be accepted via telephone call or voicemail message, emails & text messages will NOT be accepted.


Parsons Auto Electrics can accept payment via Credit/Debit card, or cash. An additional charge may be added to payments made via credit cards.

We are unable to provide credit to customers, goods and services must be paid for upon completion of work. All goods remain the property of Parsons Auto Electrics until payment is made in full. There may be instances when payment is required from the customer in advance, for example when ordering parts.


Unless otherwise stated, Parsons Auto Electrics offer 12 months parts and labour warranty on goods/services - this is non-transferable. Warranty becomes void if a third party interferes with any suspected warranty issues prior to investigations made by Parsons Auto Electrics.

We cannot warranty any parts or goods supplied by the customer
